So you may or may not have noticed that updates to the gig listing practically stopped for the past two months-ish. Well, first of all apologies to all our regular visitors and submitters. We’re back in action now though and over the next couple of days we aim to have the list as up-to-date and complete as possible.
For those who submitted events and got no acknowledgment or found that their event wasn’t listed, sorry! Keep the emails coming; we’ll do our best to list all reasonable submissions within a day or two of receipt… just give as much notice as you can.

Patrice Baumel(Trapez)
Raised on a mixture of 80’s synth pop like Yello, Depeche Mode or Cabaret Voltaire and all kinds of other weird stuff ranging from Frank Zappa to John Coltrane (his dad being a music journalist helped in the matter), Patrice got into electronic dance music in the early 90’s. Illegal warehouse parties were held all over Germany, and your normal discotheque had to make way for a completely different order of untamed energy. Djing was the logical step and soon he had a residency secured at the BASE, one of East Germany’s hottest clubs at the time. Playing alongside guys like Richie Hawtin, Dave Angel, Laurent Garnier, Claude Young, Luke Slater & John Acquaviva he quickly learned the ropes of quality djing – mixing, track selection, crowd control.
Today, Patrice has hundreds of gigs under his sleeve, having performed worldwide – from the famous Panorama Bar in Berlin to the amazing Lov.e club in Sao Paulo. Currently he is holds a monthly residency in Amsterdams premier Club, “11″, running his successful “360″ nights together with musical partner Nu no dos Santos. Patrice arrives in the liquid lounge on Feb 02. Get ready to dance your socks off. Support on the night comes from Phil Wade(Retromania, Limerick)
